The location of the house is perfect for all students of the BOKU (University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences).But also the University of Vienna and the University Campus are not far away due to the good connection with the public transportation. The dormitory offers you modern and comfortable single rooms (and a few double rooms) in flat share (3 people units) with a mini kitchen.
PS: a lot of "Heuriger" (tavern selling homegrown wine) are in the area - in vino veritas!

Single and double rooms in flat share (3 people units). Equipped with bed, closet, desk, chair, whiteboard, shelf, furniture safe, door intercom, Flat-TV as well as internet connection (LAN & Wi-Fi)
Each flat share is equipped with shower/toilet and a mini kitchen with seating accomodation. Mini-kitchen with fridge, ceran stove, oven, sink and microwave.
