When looking for the perfect accomodation for your summer-plans, the rooms in our dormitories are the first choice: fully equipped, instantly ready for moving in and at a favorable price. Bookable by the month from 1. - 31. July and/or 1. - 31. August.

Student residences for the summer months
During the summer months, we offer free spots in our dormitories on a monthly basis in July and August. In Vienna you even have the possibility to choose between 10
different student residences, located at some of the city’s most interesting places.

Summer rental for a minimum stay of one month.
After your registration, we will get back to you as soon as possible with an offer and all relevant information.
The following prices apply to our summer guests: price of the summer pricelist, security deposit of one month’s dormitory fee plus € 50,– final cleaning and € 60,- administration costs.
