With 84 beds, the newly renovated dorm offers modern single rooms, most of them with a mini kitchen and private bathroom. But that's just the beginning!
An international community awaits you here, as well as a sustainable and green environment. The building has been undergoing extensive refurbishment since July 2023. Instead of gas, the building, which dates back to the 1960s, is now heated with an air heat pump and a comfort ventilation system also ensures a good indoor climate. There is also a photovoltaic system installed on the roof, which covers part of the electricity requirements.
A garden and several rooms, such as a study room, party room, music room, kitchen and fitness room offer space for learning, fun, relaxation and sports. Welcome to your new home - studying becomes an experience here!
PS: The tram right outside the front door takes you to the University of Vienna or directly to the city centre in 15 minutes!
The dormitory will reopen in September and is already fully booked! If you register for this residence, you will only be placed on the waiting list. #sosorry
