Our modern student residence in Leechgasse offers only single rooms. Bathrooms, toilets, and usually kitchens are either in the room itself or shared within shared flats (for two or three residents). A few rooms share a communal kitchen on the floor. Some rooms also offer a loft-style design with a raised sleeping area, meaning your living space is spread over two levels: a study/living area and a cozy "loft-like" sleeping space.

After a long day of studying, you can let off steam in the fitness room. The residence also features a terrace, a music room, and a party room.

The Karl-Franzens-University is located right next to the residence – so even if you oversleep, you’ll be on campus in no time. The city center of Graz is also within perfect reach – just a few minutes on foot. After-study drinks are basically a must!
